Custom Art Policies


  • Standard shipping method is USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 Days Domestic, 6-10 days International).

  • Customer can purchase a shipping upgrade, such as 1 Day Shipping.

  • Customer can ask for Shipping Insurance to be added to order. Otherwise, standard USPS Shipping Insurance is applied (up to $50).


  • After a "Custom Painting Form Inquiry" is made and approved, a customized PayPal payment link will be emailed to the buyer for purchase.

  • PayPal is preferred due to "Buyer & Seller Protections" the company provides both parties.

  • Maryland Taxes are added to purchases made with a Card. No taxes on Cash Payments.


  • Broken, altered, or lost art after being received are not eligible for a refund.

  • Artwork purchased with "Artist's Choice" painting style is not eligible for a refund.

  • All custom artworks can only recieve a maximum of 50% refund due to the labor involved with hand painting & must be returned to the artist in same condition it was sent in.
